Shipping and Returns
All orders are shipped from our location in Balwyn, Victoria. We despatch all orders through Australia Post using Parcel Post and Express Post satchels.
• FREE Standard shipping on all orders equal to and above $100.00.
• $6.50 - $9.90 Standard shipping on orders below $100.00 (calculated on size/weight of order).
• $8.75 - $22.50 Express shipping (calculated on size/weight of order).
Shipping fees for school bulk orders will be calculated individually and based on packaging size/weight.
Please note that we only deliver to States and Territories within Australia. We do not ship internationally.
Order Processing Times
In most cases, orders are processed and despatched within 1-2 business days from placing your order. Out of stock items will add an extra day or so, though we strive to despatch your order in the shortest possible time. We do not part ship orders and if a split order is requested, each parcel will incur a freight charge.
Order Delivery Times
• Australia Post Parcel Post is estimated to take 2-10 days to arrive from date of despatch.
• Australia Post Express Parcel Post is estimated to take 1-2 days to arrive from date of despatch.

StudioCopic takes no liability if you have provided the incorrect address or wish to have your parcel left anywhere that is not a designated post box.
StudioCopic will replace, exchange or refund any goods that arrive at their destination faulty, damaged or the incorrect item. Please check your order immediately once received and notify us within 14 days of delivery so we can resolve any issues in a timely manner. Please note that returns will not be accepted if customer has had 'change of mind' after order has been despatched.
To be eligible for a refund, goods must be returned unused, unmarked and in original packaging. All returns, refunds or exchanges must be accompanied by an original tax receipt/invoice. Once we receive goods, refunds will be processed via the payment method used for the original transaction. Goods returned before approval has been issued will not be accepted.
